Gearoid Farrelly comes to The Attic in Southampton Â
GearĂłid is a polished live performer with numerous television and radio credits to his name. In 2012 he made his solo debut at the Edinburgh Festival with his show âTurbulenceâ winning a five star review in the process. He was subsequently invited to support comedy royalty and living legend Joan Rivers for the Dublin dates of her âNow or Neverâ tour, following these dates Joan Rivers once again asked him to open for her at one of the largest venues on her UK tour, which was filmed for her reality show.
He has had three solo tours and also been tour support for Sarah Millican, Patton Oswalt and Joanne McNally in large venues and theatres. In 2018 he appeared at the 3 Arena in Dublin in front of 15,000 people as part of a star-studded show for Comic Relief.
GearĂłid was one of the first Irish comedians to begin podcasting. He is the host of the popular podcast âFascinatedâ where he chats to people he was a big fan of as a teenager. He has interviewed Grammy Winners, Emmy Winners, Oscar Nominees, Eurovision Winners, Tony Winners, Politicians and Olympians. GearĂłid also co-hosts the five-star podcast âAgony Rantsâ with Niamh Kavanagh.Â

Aurie Styla is an award-winning comedian, actor and writer from London, UK. Aurie has strongly established himself as a powerhouse of presence & humor, making him one of the most charismatic & versatile performers in the UK. His most recent comedy special âGREENâ was critically acclaimed, and won the Spirit of the (Edinburgh) Fringe Award for 2022, and is available to watch on YouTube.
During his climb in the UK comedy scene, Aurie has since appeared on âDeep Fake Neighbour Warsâ (ITVX), âComedy Central Liveâ, âJonathan Rossâ Comedy Clubâ (ITV), âLifeâs A Pitchâ (Sky), âDonât Hate The Playazâ (ITV), âThe Stand-Up Sketch Showâ (ITV2), âMo Gilliganâs Black British & Funnyâ (C4) & more. Along with these appearances, Aurie was a writer on the Bafta Award-winning season of âThe Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan.â
